HOW TO
ORDER OUR WINES
STEP ONE: To order
wines, please read the information below for restrictions and discounts.

We have found that having our customers fax us their orders results in fewer
mistakes, as well as removes the possibility of sensitive financial
information being captured by internet thieves.
We have
chosen Adobe Acrobat file formats (pdf's) for our order forms. Download
the following pdf's and print them out. You may need to download a free
acrobat reader from www.adobe.com for your particular browser software.
If you continue to have problems, call us at 707-963-8762, and we will send
or fax you a copy of our order form.

STEP
THREE: Fill out the order and fax to 707-963-8762 . Please
put a phone number where you can be contacted during business hours. We will
call you with any questions and the final shipping costs.
WINE
DISCOUNTS
The William Harrison Estate Wines are produced in very small
quantities. Our total yearly production is rarely above 1800 cases for
any particular vintage. We offer our customers the following
opportunities to receive a discount on orders of our rare wines.
(Please be advised that as supplies become limited, wines may be allocated to
one case per variatal, per person.)
- A 10% case discount will
apply towards any case purchase (12 bottles). Mixed cases allowed.
- A 15% case discount will
apply towards any 3-case or more purchase (36 bottles). Mixed
cases allowed.
Due to
the extremely limited production of all Magnum and 3-liter bottles, no
discounts will be offered on these large format bottles. Please contact
winery for current availability.
SHIPPING
WINE
William Harrison contracts with an outside party to process all shipping
orders for the Winery. Our shipping costs reflect the current shipping
costs quoted to William Harrison by the shipper Aero Packing. To
contact Aero Packing directly, please call them at 707-554-2088 Please
note, some states require wine to be sent via Air Only.

DIRECT
SHIPPING OF ALCOHOL
Due to changes in intrastate shipping laws (Supreme Court Decision), the
states William Harrison can process orders to is constantly changing: Please
call for the latest regulations regarding the state you wish to send wine to.

All
alcoholic beverages are sold in California
and title passes to the buyer in California.
William Harrison Winery makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone
to ship or import wine into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely
responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an
order, the buyer authorizes William Harrison Winery to act on the buyers
behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the order. Alcoholic
beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years
old. And in placing an order, the buyer represents to William Harrison
Winery that the buyer is at least 21 years old and the person to whom
delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When the alcoholic
beverages are delivered, the person receiving the delivery will be required
to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

WARRANTY
If at anytime you are not completely satisfied with your order, please call

RETURN/REFUND
POLICY
Refunds (less original shipping costs) will be granted on returned wine as
long as it is returned prior to having the cork pulled. The purchaser
will be responsible for return freight costs, unless an incorrect order was
shipped to the purchaser or there is a problem with the wine. In those
situations, William Harrison will pay all shipping costs.
William
Harrison Winery will replace any products damaged during shipping.
Broken or damaged items will need to be returned to William Harrison Winery
and all shipping costs will be covered by William Harrison Winery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Due to export laws prohibiting the delivery of alcoholic beverages directly
to a consumer, William Harrison Winery will not ship wine outside the United States of America.
